摘 要:随着乡村学校现代化转型,乡村教师发展面临困境:寻求自身发展的资源匮乏,教师权力的边缘化与话语权的旁落,教师价值的依附与意义感缺失。青年教师在现代化转型过程中形成纵向的资源弱势积累,中年教师则面临共时性在场的压力聚集,老教师则被现代性评价体制裹挟进而获得感缺失。学校应加大对青年教师的资源倾斜与政策支持,纾解中年教师的压力,提升老教师的价值感。With the modern transformation of rural schools,rural teachers are facing such predicaments as the lack of resources for seeking their own development,being marginalized in terms of the right to teacher development and sidelined in terms of the discourse power,the lack of independence in development and the lack of the sense of significance.For young teachers,the predicament mainly stems from the weak accumulation of resources;for middle-aged teachers,the predicamentlies in the pressure from the simultaneous presence;for old teachers,the predicamentmainly comes from the loss of the sense of gain under the influence of modern evaluation system.Schools should increase resource provision and policy support for young teachers,relieve the pressure of middle-aged teachers,and enhance the sense of value of old teachers.
