摘　　要：中华传统医德是高校医德教育的重要资源,开展传统医德教育对培养“德技双馨”的未来医务工作者具有重要价值。梳理古代医籍中蕴含的传统医德文化,把握中华传统医德育人价值的优越性,分别阐述传统医德文化在从业道德、义利观念、医患理念、敬业追求4个方面的育人价值,发挥传统医德在当代医学生德育中的启迪功能。Traditional Chinese medical ethics is an important resource for medical ethics education in colleges and universities.Carrying out traditional medical ethics education is of great value for training future medical workers with"virtue and technology".Sort out the traditional medical ethics culture contained in the ancient medical books,grasp the superiority of the Chinese traditional medical ethics education value,respectively elaborate the education value of the traditional medical ethics culture in four aspects of professional ethics,justice and benefit concept,doctor-patient concept,and dedication pursuit,and give play to the enlightenment function of traditional medical ethics in the moral education of contemporary medical students.
