摘  要:微生物学实验课程在制药工程专业课程体系中处于基础地位,为强化人才培养实效,应以制药工程专业人才培养方案为指导,对原有教学方法进行创新。基于此,本文简要分析了民办高校制药工程专业微生物学实验课程教学改革背景,并在课程内容结构、项目教学模式、开放性实验室、实验连贯性和虚拟仿真技术五个方面提出了微生物学实验课程在制药工程专业中的教学改革办法,以期能加速微生物学实验课程改革进程,提高教学质量并培养理论与实践兼顾的高素质人才。Microbiology experiment course occupies a basic position in the curriculum system of pharmaceutical engineering major.In order to strengthen the effectiveness of talent training,the original teaching method should be innovated under the guidance of the talent training program of pharmaceutical engineering professionals.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the background of private university pharmaceutical engineering professional microbiology experiment course teaching reform,and in the course content structure,project teaching mode,open laboratory,experimental coherence and virtual simulation technology five aspects of microbiology experiment course in pharmaceutical engineering professional teaching reform,in order to accelerate the process of microbiology experiment curriculum reform,improve the teaching quality.
