摘　　要：为了更准确地评估包装方案的可持续性,选出最优方案,本研究构建了基于熵权-VIKOR法的包装方案可持续性评价模型。以巧克力包装为研究对象,从可持续包装内涵出发,综合考量多方因素,建立了包装方案可持续性评价体系,运用三角模糊数进行语言描述的数据化处理,通过客观熵权法确定评价指标的权重,采用VIKOR法进行包装方案可持续性的折中排序及优选。并以同一款巧克力产品的4种包装方案为例,验证模型的可行性和有效性。通过模型计算可知,巧克力产品4种包装方案的折中决策值分别为:0.7429、1.0000、0.0000、0.3955,结合评价准则T1和评价准则T2,得出以纸板为主要材料的包装方案可持续性最好。说明运用基于熵权-VIKOR法的评价模型能够进行包装方案可持续性的评价和优选,为后续可持续性包装方案的开发和优化提供了改进方向。In order to more accurately evaluate the sustainability of packaging scheme and select the optimal scheme,a sustainability evaluation model of packaging scheme based on entropy weight-VIKOR method was constructed in this study.Taking the chocolate packaging as the research object,starting from the connotation of sustainable packaging and comprehensively considering the various factors,the sustainability evaluation system of packaging scheme was established,the data processing of language description was carried out by using triangular fuzzy number,the weight of evaluation index was determined by objective entropy weight method,and the compromise ranking and optimization of sustainability of packaging scheme were carried out by VIKOR method.Four packaging schemes of the same chocolate product were taken as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.The compromise decision values of the four packaging schemes of chocolate product were 0.7429,1.0000,0.0000 and 0.3955 respectively.Combined with the evaluation criteria T1 and T2,the packaging scheme with paperboard as the main material has the best sustainability.The entropy weight-VIKOR model can be used to evaluate and optimize the sustainability of packaging schemes,which provides an improvement direction for the development and optimization of subsequent sustainable packaging schemes.
