摘　　要：在艺术类大学生中开设党史、新中国史、改革开放史、社会主义发展史(以下简称“四史”)课程,能否达到立德树人的终极效果,关键在于“四史”课教师的教学能力。作为艺术类高校“四史”教育者,亟需正确分析艺术类大学生“四史”课教师教学能力的构成要素,客观阐明艺术类大学生“四史”课教师教学能力提升的价值意义,努力探索提升艺术类大学生“四史”课教师教学能力的途径,以推动艺术类大学生“四史”课教师队伍的高质量建设和发展。The teaching ability of the teachers of“four history”courses is the key to whether the courses of party history,the history of new China,the history of reform and opening up and the history of socialist development(hereinafter referred to as“four histoy”courses)among Arts major students can achieve the ultimate goal of Building Morality and cultivating students.As an educator of“four history”courses in art colleges and universities,it is urgent to correctly analyze the constituent elements of the teaching ability of teachers of“four history”courses of Arts major students,objectively clarify the value and significance of improving the teaching ability of teachers of“four history”courses of Arts major students,and strive to explore ways to improve the teaching ability of teachers of“four history”courses of Arts major students,so as to promote the high-quality construction and development of the teaching staff of the“four history”courses for Arts major students.
