摘  要:陈鹤琴个人教育哲学的形成深受他生活中的关键人物、关键经历和关键事件的影响,其基本内涵是“为人类服务,为国家尽瘁”的教育理想、教学生“做人,做中国人,做现代中国人”的教育信念、“尊重儿童,关爱儿童”的教育主张和“做中学,做中教,做中求进步”的实践理性。陈鹤琴个人教育哲学的启示是:教师要想不断提升专业水平,必须重视个体经历、经验的反思,善于重构自我内在生命,在积淀经验中走向教育哲学自觉。The formation of CHEN Heqin’s personal education philosophy is deeply influenced by the key figures,key experiences and key events in his life,its basic connotation is the educational ideal of“Serving mankind and serving the country”,the educational belief of teaching students“To be men,To be Chinese,to be Modern Chinese”,the educational proposition of“Respecting Children and Caring for Children”and the educational rationality of“Learning by doing,Teaching while doing,Making progress while doing”The enlightenment of CHEN Heqin’s personal education philosophy is that if teachers want to improve their professional level,they must pay attention to the reflection of their individual experience and experience,and be good at reconstructing their inner life,in the accumulation of experience to education philosophy consciousness.
