教育新基建背景下高校网络文化安全的建设路径研究

摘　　要：高校网络文化安全体系是高校顺利进行网络育人的依托,但现行的高校网络文化安全体系存在思路、平台、资源、技术以及内容等方面的问题,叠加网络风险不断演化带来的危害,最终导致高校网络文化生态失衡。因此,本研究借力于教育新基建在平台体系、数字资源、可信安全等方面的优势,为高校网络文化安全体系的改进提供技术支持和策略参照。在加强顶层设计,坚持教育新基建先行的建设思路引领下,建立校内互动、校际联动的共享平台;利用名人效应和时下大热的短视频APP挖掘多样育人资源;提高安全态势技术增强网络风险感知能力,转被动防御为主动预防;运用区块链技术实现不良信源追责,从根源上解决网络事故。由此,搭上教育新基建快车的高校网络文化安全体系可实现统筹规划、智能高效的目标。The network cultural security system of colleges and universities is the basis for the smooth running of network education in colleges and universities.However,the existing network cultural security system in colleges and universities has problems in such aspects as ideas,platforms,resources,technology and content,which superimpose the harm brought by the continuous evolution of network risks,ultimately leading to the imbalance of network cultural ecology in colleges and universities.Therefore,this study makes use of the advantages of new education infrastructure in platform system,digital resources,credible security and other aspects to provide technical support and strategic reference for the improvement of network cultural security system in colleges and universities.Under the guidance of strengthening the top-level design and of adhering to the construction idea of new education infrastructure in the first place,a sharing platform for inter-school interaction is to be established.We suggest to utilize celebrity effect and popular short video APP to explore various educational resources,to improve security situation technology to enhance network risk perception ability,and to turn passive defense to active prevention.We also suggest to lock chain technology so as to track bad information sources and solve network accidents from the root.Therefore,it is found that the network cultural security system in colleges and universities,which is on the express train of new educational infrastructure,can achieve the goal of overall planning,intelligence and efficiency.
