摘　　要：高职院校落实“立德树人”根本任务应体现职业教育类型特点,要多维度、全方位、系统性推进落实。随着“课程思政”的深入开展,“专业思政”的研究和设计势在必行。“专业思政”设计是一项艰巨的工程,是落实“三全育人”最重要的基本单元。依据学校办学定位,根据机电一体化技术专业特点、学生现状,设计“价值塑造-精神培育”思政矩阵,结合岗位能力分析,构建“价值塑造-精神培育-能力发展”专业思政育人体系,为专业“课程思政”建设和实施提供基本依据和根本遵循。The implementation of the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating talents”in higher vocational colleges should reflect the characteristics of vocational education types,and should be carried out in a multi-dimensional,all-round and systematic way.With the further development of“curriculum ideological and political”,the research and design of“professional ideological and political”is imperative.The design of“professional ideological and political”is an arduous project and the most important basic unit for the implementation of the“Three”education.The ideological and political matrix of“value shaping-spiritual cultivation”is designed,according to the running orientation of the school,the characteristics of the mechatronics technology major and the current situation of the students,and the professional ideological and political education system of“value shaping-spiritual cultivation-capacity development”is constructed in combination with the post capacity analysis,which provides the basic basis and fundamental compliance for the construction and implementation of the professional“curriculum ideological and political”.
