摘 要:为探明半干旱地区马铃薯不同种植方式对土壤养分及微生物的影响,开展马铃薯间作蚕豆种植模式大田试验,监测作物整个生育期土壤养分含量的动态变化特征及土壤细菌菌落的多样性。结果表明:与单作马铃薯相比,各间作模式均可显著提高碱解氮含量,速效钾含量均有一定程度降低;马铃薯与蚕豆间作行比2∶2时在属水平上物种丰度显著增加,稳定性增高,群落内物种的亲缘关系差异最大;马铃薯与蚕豆间作行比2∶8时物种减少,稳定性较差,但土壤的优势物种数量增加;各间作处理马铃薯产量无显著增加,但整体产量增加,马铃薯与蚕豆土地当量比均大于1,表明间作有很大的增产优势。In order to find out the effects of different potato planting patterns on soil nutrients and microorganisms in semi-arid areas,field experiments of potato intercropping with broad bean were carried out to monitor the dynamic change characteristics of soil nutrient content and soil bacterial colony diversity throughout the growth period of crops.The results showed that compared with monoculture potato,all intercropping models could significantly increase the content of alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen,while the content of available potassium decreased to some extent;when the intercropping ratio of potato to broad bean was 2∶2,the species abundance and stability increased significantly at the genus level,and the genetic relationship of species in the community was the largest;when the intercropping ratio of potato to broad bean was 2∶8,the species abundance decreased and the stability was poor,but the quantity of dominant species in soil increased;the potato yield of each intercropping treatment did not increase significantly,but the overall yield increased.The land equivalent ratio of potato to broad bean was greater than 1,which indicated that intercropping had a great advantage in increasing yield.
