摘 要:目的研究实验诊断教学过程中采取手绘细胞形态与基于问题学习法(case based learning,CBL)结合教学模式的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年7月齐齐哈尔医学院2018级影像科本科学生77名,于2020年1—7月实施传统教学法(对照组,37名),于2021年1—7月实施手绘细胞形态联合CBL教学法(观察组,40名),观察不同教学方法的应用效果。结果较之对照组,观察组基础知识[(46.68±3.31)分vs(35.46±4.33)分]、问题分析[(26.94±3.71)分vs(21.76±3.84)分]、问题解决[(17.24±2.75)分vs(12.34±1.64)分]的考核成绩均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对教学模式各方面的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将手绘细胞形态与CBL教学法结合使用在实验诊断教学过程中,其教学效果更加显著,还能明显提升教学工作质量以及工作效率,学生对此种联合教学方式的满意度与接受度均更高。Objective To study the application effect of combining hand-drawn cell morphology and case based learning(CBL)in the teaching process of experimental diagnosis.Methods Selected 77 undergraduate students of 2018 in the imaging department of Qiqihar Medical College from January 2020 to July 2021,implemented the traditional teaching method from January to July 2020(control group,37 people),and implemented the hand-painted cell morphology combined CBL teaching method from January to July 2021(observation group,40 people),and observe the application effect of different teaching methods.Results Compared to the control group,the observation group had higher assessment scores than those of control group in basic knowledge[(46.68±3.31)points vs(35.46±4.33)points],problem analysis[(26.94±3.71)points vs(21.76±3.84)points],problem solving[(17.24±2.75)points vs(12.34±1.64)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the'satisfaction with all aspects of the teaching model of observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of hand-drawn cell morphology and CBL teaching method in the process of experimental diagnosis teaching is more effective and can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of teaching work,and students'satisfaction and acceptance of this joint teaching method are higher.
