摘 要:目的探究PDCA循环模式在呼吸内科实习带教中的应用路径及教学效果。方法选取2021年1—12月长沙市中心医院的64名呼吸内科临床医学生为研究对象,根据本院呼吸内科临床教学模式不同对其进行分组。对照组(32名)学生采取常规教学模式,观察组(32名)学生采取PDCA循环模式教学。从教学后组间考核成绩、各项维度教学效果评分以及学生对教学效果的满意度评价方面对比不同教学模式的应用成效。结果观察组理论成绩、实操成绩以及综合成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学效果各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床医学生对教学模式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸内科实习带教工作中采取PDCA循环模式较常规教学模式更有利于提高医学生教学考核成绩,从培养逻辑思维、增强学习兴趣,提高自学能力水平等方面使教学效果得到显著改善,医学生对该教学模式的满意度水平更高。Objective To investigate the application path and teaching effect of the PDCA cycle model in the teaching of respiratory medicine internship.Methods 64 clinical medical students of respiratory medicine in Changsha Central Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were grouped according to different clinical teaching modes of respiratory medicine in the hospital.The control group(32 students)adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group(32 students)adopted the PDCA cycle mode of teaching.The effectiveness of the different teaching modes was compared in terms of the assessment scores,the scores of the teaching effect of each dimension and the evaluation of students'satisfaction with the teaching effect between the two groups after teaching.Results The theoretical scores,practical scores and overall scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teaching effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinical medical students in the observation group with the teaching mode was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of PDCA cycle model in the teaching of respiratory medicine internship is more conducive to improving the teaching assessment results of medical students than the conventional teaching model,and the teaching effect is significantly improved in terms of cultivating logical thinking,enhancing interest in learning and improving the level of self-learning ability,and the satisfaction level of medical students with this teaching model is higher.
