摘　　要：目的分析胃弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(GDLBCL)患者组织中PD-1、PD-L1、IAPs的表达及意义。方法回顾性研究2017年5月至2019年7月我院收治的55例初诊胃弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤组织(研究组)和55例淋巴结良性增生病变组织(对照组),观察两组患者PD-1、PD-L1、IAPs的表达情况并收集相关临床资料。结果研究组中PD-1阳性表达率为56.36%、PD-L1为63.64%,均较对照组的表达23.63%、29.09%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者IAPs平均表达(70.45±3.23)pg/ml比对照组(50.34±3.37)pg/ml高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PD-L1表达与患者EBV感染、肿瘤分期、病理分型均相关(均P<0.05),PD-1表达与临床病理特征不相关(均P>0.05)。结论GDLBCL患者PD-1、PD-L1、IAPs均呈阳性高表达,或可成为早期检测及生存预后评估提供参考,在临床中值得进一步研究挖掘。Objective To analyze the expression and significance of PD-1,PD-L1 and IAPs in gastric diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Methods A retrospective study of 55 cases of newly diagnosed gastric diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(study group)and 55 cases of benign lymph node hyperplasia(control group)admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to July 2019 was conducted to observe the expression of PD-1,PD-L1 and IAPs in the two groups and relevant clinical data was collected.Results The positive expression rates of PD-1 and PD-L1 in the study group were 56.36%and 63.64%,higher than those in the control group(23.63%and 29.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average expression index value of IAPs in study group(70.45±3.23)pg/ml was higher than that in control group(50.34±3.37)pg/ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).PD-L1 expression index was correlated with EBV infection,tumor stage,pathological type(all P<0.05),while PD-1 expression was not correlated with clinical symptoms(all P>0.05).Conclusion The positive expression of PD-1,PD-L1 and IAPs in GDLBCL patients may provide a reference for the early detection and survival prognosis evaluation of patients,and deserve further exploring in clinical studies.
