摘　　要：维生素A是人体不可或缺,且最易缺少的脂溶性化合物。介绍了维生素A的生理功能及维生素A缺乏症,综述了维生素A对肠道屏障、肠道感染性疾病和孤独谱系障碍儿童的影响,以期为研究维生素A参与机体相关疾病的功能提供新思路。Vitamin A(VA)is the indispensable substance and the most easily deficient fat-soluble compound for human body.This paper introduces the physiological function of vitamin A and vitamin A deficiency(VAD),and reviews the effects of vitamin A with intestinal barrier,intestinal infectious diseases and autism spectrum disorder(ASD)on childrenphysiological function,in order to provide new ideas for studying the function of vitamin A in organism related diseases.
