教育学视域下福柯微观权力理论对国内高校德育建设的启示

摘  要:福柯透过权力与知识及话语实践相互作用的机制,提出了一种新型的微观权力理论,重新定义了知识与权力的关系,有助于了解教育权力运作的方式与本质。在梳理福柯的微观权力理论后,从教育学视角对其进行解读,并以此为切入点探究该理论对国内高校德育建设的启示:高校德育在正确认识知识与权力共生关系的前提下,合理利用、创新规训手段,平衡学生个性和价值观规范引导,最终实现“立德树人”的目标。Foucault has proposed a new kind of micro-power theory based on the interaction mechanism of power,knowledge and discourse practice,and redefined the relationship between knowledge and power,which is helpful to understand the mode and essence of the operation of educational power.Through Foucault s micro-power theory,this paper understands it from the perspective of pedagogy,exploring its enlightenment to the moral education construction of domestic universities.The enlightenment is that,on the premise of correctly understanding the symbiotic relationship between knowledge and power,moral education in universities should make rational use of and innovate the means of discipline and balance students personality and values,so as to achieve its goal.
