摘　　要：本研究聚焦公立医院网络意识形态工作面临的新挑战,充分论证公立医院顺应时代要求做好网络意识形态工作的重要性,深入分析公立医院网络意识形态工作存在的责任落实上紧下松、阵地管理亟须优化、预警研判能力不足等主要问题。以问题为导向,明确公立医院网络意识形态工作应遵循统一领导、安全至上、正确导向的原则,提出了从压实公立医院网络意识形态工作责任、强化公立医院网络意识形态阵地管理、提升公立医院网络意识形态风险防范能力、用好常态化绩效考核与责任追究这4个方面入手促进公立医院网络意识形态工作持续优化的策略。This study focuses on the new challenges faced by public hospitals’ network ideology work, and demonstrates the importance of public hospitals’ network ideology work in accordance with the requirements of age. This paper analyzes the main problems of public hospital network ideology work, such as the implementation of responsibility is tight on upper layer and loose in lower layer, the position management needs to be optimized urgently, and the ability of early warning and judgment is insufficient. Problem-oriented, it is clear that the network ideology of public hospitals should follow the principles of unified leadership, safety first, and correct orientation. This paper puts forward the strategies to promote the continuous optimization of public hospital network ideology work from four aspects: compaction of the responsibility of public hospital network ideology work, strengthening the management of public hospital network ideology position, improving the risk prevention ability of public hospital network ideology, and making good use of normalized performance evaluation and accountability.
