摘 要:目的:基于互联网平台的整合医学教育对提高中医硕士专业学位研究生临床思维及科研能力的分析。方法:以中医内科学专硕生为研究对象,以抽签法按1:1配对后分入试验组(平台学习组)及对照组(传统学习组)。其中试验组以临床实习联合中医肝病互联网培训平台为主,对照组以临床实习配合带教老师口头讲述为主,进行分批培训。通过出科考核对比两组专硕生的考核成绩,并结合调查问卷测评试验组对教育平台的满意度,综合评估教育平台的教学效果。结果:试验组出科考核成绩(76.03±5.68)优于对照组考核成绩(67.06±4.60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。问卷调查结果显示大多数专硕生都满意该平台的教学效果,但平台在课程学习过程等方面有待进一步改进。结论:基于互联网平台的整合医学教育模式能有效提高中医肝病硕士专业学位研究生临床思维及科研能力,有助于临床中医硕士专业学位研究生的培养,值得进一步推广使用。Objective:The integrated medical education Internet platform was constructed and its application effect on clinical thoughts and scientific research ability of TCM master's students was preliminarily explored.Methods:The integrated medical education Internet platform was constructed by 72 TCM master's students.The subjects were randomly and equally divided into the integrated medical education Internet platform trial practice group(36 in the trial group)and the traditional practice group(36 in the control group)by drawing lots.In the control group,students'learning of relevant knowledge outside of clinical practice is mainly oral presentation and textbook learning by teachers,while in the experimental group,students'learning outside of clinical practice is mainly based on teaching platform for Hepatology practice.The application value was preliminarily explored through analyzing their final examination result and the questionnaire survey analysis.Results:The final test score of the experimental group was(76.03±5.68)points,higher than the average score of the control group(67.06±4.60)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The results of the questionnaire showed that most students who used the platform were satisfied with it,but the duration of the course such as communication part deserved further improvement.Conclusion:The construction of teaching platform for Hepatology practice in integrated medical education is conducive to the spread of integrated medical concepts,and this platform can effectively improve the ability of clinical thoughts and scientific research and is helpful to the cultivation of master's students,which is worth further promotion and use.
