摘 要:实验实训技术队伍是实验实训基地建设、资源使用和管理的关键力量,其水平高低直接决定了实验实训基地的社会认知度和高职院校的发展前景。当前高职院校实验实训技术队伍发展过程中存在着岗位重视不够、人员构成不合理、管理机制不健全、职称晋升通道不畅等问题。对此高职院校应做好“科学规划,提高岗位重要性”“内培外引,加强队伍建设”“完善激励机制,提升工作积极性”“健全岗位,完善分类考核”等措施,切实加强实验实训技术队伍建设,从而为高职院校实验实训基地的高效运行和人才培养质量的提升做好坚实的保障。The technical team of experiment and practice training is the key to the construction,resource utilization and management of the experiment and practice training base,and its level directly determines the social recognition of the base and the development prospects of higher vocational colleges.At present,there are some problems in the development of the technical team of experiment and practice training in higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient emphasis on posts,unsuitable personnel composition,imperfect management mechanism,and blocked promotion channels.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should take measures such as keeping scientific planning,raising the importance of posts,combining internal cultivation with external introduction,setting up scientific,reasonable and long-term incentive mechanism,assessing the classified technical posts of experiment and practice training to effectively strengthen the construction of technical team of experiment and practice training,so as to provide a solid guarantee for the efficient operation of experiment and practice training bases in higher vocational colleges and the improvement of personnel training quality.
