摘 要:自翻转课堂教改理念在我国高校思政课探索实践以来,高校思政课对于助教制度及助教作用提出了新的要求。在新的教改理念中,助教不再是附属性的存在,身为教学团队中的一名主体,其应当脱离传统身份的束缚,在课外活动、课程认同、教学设计等各方面发挥出“课代表”之上、“传话筒”之外、“年轻人”之间的“不止于‘助’”的作用。然而,助教的任何工作不能脱离教师的主导,这要求教师明确责任、加强主导。高校思政课助教与教师的相关问题是高校思政课教学与研究大版图中的分支问题,各条战线只有同向发力,才能相得益彰。The practice of flipped classroom in college ideological and political theory courses raises new requirements for the teaching assistant system and the role of teaching assistants.Teaching assistants are not an affiliated member but a subject in the teaching team,who should break away from the shackles of traditional identity and play a role more than“assistance”in extracurricular activities,curriculum identity,instructional design and other aspects.This is to go beyond“course assistant”and a“relay loud-speaker”and play the unique role among young people.However,any work of teaching assistants must be done under the guidance of teachers,which requires teachers to clarify their responsibilities and strengthen the guidance.The problems related to the teaching assistants and teachers of the ideological and political theory courses are part of the issues in the teaching and research of college ideological and political theory courses.The converging efforts in every aspect will make more fruitful achievements.
