摘 要:目的:分析精益实施如何对医院员工满意度产生影响,为进一步提高员工满意度提供建议。方法:采用文献分析法对国内外77篇文献进行分析、总结归纳研究现状。结果:精益实施对医院员工的满意度有利有弊,既能提高工作效率也能限制工作自主性和增加疲劳感,而且在实施过程中,领导者更加注重“硬”工具/技术,忽略“软”实力的影响,同时也缺乏对员工满意度测量工具的统一性和规范性。结论:精益是改善医疗服务的重要策略。在医疗领域应用精益时,应将“硬”工具/技术和“软”实力(人力资源、领导力、精益文化)相结合,避免产生工作阻力,引导他们接受精益并积极应用于工作改进,促进精益在医疗领域的可持续发展,满足患者高质量的医疗服务需求。Objective:Analyze how lean implementation has impacted hospital staff satisfaction and provide recommendations to further improve employee satisfaction.Methods:The literature analysis method was used to analyze and summarize the current state of research in 77 domestic and international literature.Results:Lean implementation has both advantages and disadvantages for hospital staff satisfaction,as it can improve work efficiency as well as limit work autonomy and increase fatigue.And in the process of implementation,leaders focus more on"hard"tools/techniques and ignore the impact of"soft"strengths,and lack uniformity and standardization of staff satisfaction measurement tools.Conclusion:Lean is an important strategy for improving healthcare.When applying Lean in healthcare,a combination of"hard"tools/technologies and"soft"strengths(human resources,leadership,and Lean culture)should be used to avoid creating working resistance and to guide them to embrace lean and actively apply it to their work for improvement,which can promote the sustainable development of lean in healthcare and meet the needs of patients for quality care.
