摘 要:目的:研究公立医院职能部门管理人员薪酬分配满意度情况,分析各影响因素与满意度的关系,发现存在的问题并提出改善建议。方法:采用分层抽样形式对全国25个省份606位公立医院管理人员进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 25.0对统计结果进行分析。结果:公立医院管理人员薪酬分配满意度不高,各地区、各类型医院之间不存在显著性差异,三级医院薪酬分配满意度高于二级医院满意度,管理人员职务越高薪酬分配满意度越高。结论:建议提高医院对管理人员薪酬分配的重视程度,强化管理人员绩效考核体系建设,探索管理人员多元化发展空间,完善公立医院薪酬结构调整。Objective:This paper investigates the satisfaction of salary distribution of managers in professional departments of public hospitals by analyzing the relationship between the influencing factors and satisfaction,finds the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.Methods:In the form of a questionnaire,606 public hospital managers from 25 provinces are surveyed,and SPSS 25.0 is used to analyze the statistical results.Results:The satisfaction degree of salary distribution of managers in public hospitals in China is not high,and there is no significant difference between different regions and different types of hospitals.The satisfaction degree of salary distribution in Grade III hospitals is higher than that in Grade II hospitals,and the higher the position of managers,the higher satisfaction degree of salary distribution.Conclusion:It is suggested that hospitals should pay more attention to the salary distribution of managers,strengthen the construction of a performance appraisal system for managers,and improve the salary structure adjustment of public hospitals.
