摘  要:聚焦发展学生核心素养,培养面向未来的时代新人,建构指向社会适应的课程行动框架,是中小学体育与健康课程研究的核心议题。中小学体育与健康课程行动框架建构必须基于国家政策导向、实践问题解决和核心理论支撑,反映三大行动理念,即观照指向社会适应的关键能力、注重身心一体的融合推进、强化终身体育的行为基础,集运动能力、健康行为、体育品德、心理素质于一体,并在动作技能学习、运动参与体验、健康管理应用、社会适应探究四个层次上加以应用与实践。Focusing on developing students’ core competency,cultivating people for the future,and constructing an action framework of curriculum that targets social adaptation is a core issue in the study of physical education and health curriculum in primary and secondary schools.The construction of such a frawework should be based on national policy orientation,practical problem solving and core theoretical support,reflecting three major action concepts,which are contemplating the core competencies that aim at social adaptation,focusing on the integration of mind and body,and strengthening the behavioral basis of lifelong physical education.Also,the motor ability,healthy behavior,physical morality and psychological quality should be integrated;movement skill learning,movement participation experience,health management application,and social adaptation exploration should be applied and practiced.
