摘 要:近年我国小学生作业和校外培训负担过重现象越来越严重,家长也变得更焦虑,很大程度上影响了学生的身心健康,破坏了原有的教育生态。2021年我国将“双减”工作视为教育改革的重点任务,展现了前所未有的改革决心与力度,在此特殊的政策环境背景下,教育生态圈亟须优化和创新。本研究以辽宁省小学生为研究对象,综合采用了实证研究、问卷调查和面对面访谈等方法,深入分析基于“双减”政策前后小学阶段教育的现状,以及“双减”政策实施过程中存在的问题,创新构建了以学校为主体的“一体两翼”教育生态圈,从学校、家庭和政府教育系统角度提出了优化的对策建议,为实现我国教育高质量发展提供理论依据。In recent years,the overburden of homework and off-campus training for primary school students has become more and more serious,and parents have become more anxious.These have greatly affected the physical and mental health of students and destroyed the original educational ecology.In 2021,China regarded the“Double Reduction”work as a key task of education reform,showing unprecedented reform determination and strength.Under this special policy environment,the education ecosystem needed to be optimized and innovated urgently.Taking primary school students in Liaoning Province as the research object,this paper comprehensively adopts the methods of empirical research,questionnaire survey and face-to-face interviews to deeply analyze the current situation of primary education before and after the“Double Reduction”policy,as well as the problems existing in the implementation of the“Double Reduction”policy.It innovatively builds“One Body,Two Wings”education ecosphere with schools as the main body,puts forward optimized countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of schools,families and government education systems,and provides theoretical basis for the realization of high-quality education development in China.
