高职院校思想政治教育传承红色基因的路径探究

摘　　要：红色基因是中华民族积淀形成的革命精神,是革命战士和爱国人士的崇高理想、坚定信念和高尚人格。高职院校思想政治教育传承红色基因有利于培养大学生自觉担当红色基因的传承者、培养大学生爱国情怀并弘扬民族精神、培养大学生艰苦奋斗的精神、培养大学生改革创新的精神。但通过调研发现,高职院校在传承红色基因过程中还存在对传承红色基因的意义及价值认识不到位、红色基因的内容融入比较单一等不足。因此,要充分挖掘党史和校史红色资源,将传承红色基因融入学校日常思想政治教育内容、融入课程思政与思政课程、融入网络教育阵地、融入“三全育人”工作体系,探究具有高职院校特色的红色基因传承路径。The red gene is the revolutionary spirit accumulated by the Chinese nation.It is also the lofty ideal,firm belief and noble personality of revolutionary fighters and patriots.Inheriting the red gene in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is conducive to cultivating college students to consciously inherit the red gene,cultivating their patriotic feelings,carrying forward the national spirit,cultivating the college students′spirit of working hard,and cultivating their spirit of reform and innovation.However,through investigation,it is found that in the process of inheriting the red gene in higher vocational colleges,there are still some deficiencies such as inadequate understanding of the significance and value of the red gene inheritance,and relatively single integration of the content of inheriting the red genes.Therefore,it is necessary to fully tap the red resources of the Party′s history and the school history,integrate the inheritance of the red gene into the daily ideological and political education,into the ideological and political courses,into the network education position,into the"three wide education"system,and explore the path of inheriting the red gene with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.
