清代学校教育惩戒制度论析

摘　　要：清代学校教育惩戒制度主要包含惩戒行使主体、惩戒适用范围、惩戒执行方式三个基本要素。从制度层面上看,惩戒内容设计上具有较强的集权专制色彩、惩戒实施注意与正向激励的措施方法相结合、惩戒制度运行重视强化教师管理职能,是清代学校教育惩戒制度呈现的主要特征。清代学校教育惩戒制度所体现的学生管理办法、保证教师权威等方面的一些手段和措施,对于当前我国建立合理的学校教育惩戒制度有着较强的启示意义。In the Qing Dynasty, educational punishment system mainly includes three elements,including disciplinary subject, disciplinary scope and disciplinary manner. The system has three institutional characteristics, including the strong autocratic political color of content, the combination of punishment and positive encouraging and the strengthening of teachers’ management function during the operation. The system embodies some means and measures in terms of student management and teacher authority assurance,which has strong enlightening significance for the establishment of a decent educational punishment system currently in China.
