摘 要:基于社会认知理论,文章分析了团队效能对中小企业社会责任的影响,并通过中国686家中小企业的问卷调查数据进行实证检验。结果表明:团队效能对中小企业承担社会责任具有显著的正向影响,环境动态性在团队效能与中小企业社会责任的关系中具有显著的调节作用,且在有家族参与的中小企业中调节效应更加显著。上述研究揭示了团队效能对中小企业社会责任履行具有重要意义,为促进中小企业承担社会责任提供了新的实现路径,丰富了中小企业社会责任的研究视角,同时也扩展了团队效能的研究范畴,为家族企业的成长实践提供参考。Based on the social cognitive theory,this paper analyzes the impact of team effectiveness on the social responsibility of small and medium-sized enterprises,and makes an empirical test through the questionnaire survey data of 686 small and medium-sized enterprises in China.The results show that team effectiveness has a significant positive impact on the social responsibility of small and medium-sized enterprises,environmental dynamics plays a significant regulatory role in the relationship between team effectiveness and social responsibility of small and medium-sized enterprises,and this regulatory effect is more significant in small and medium-sized enterprises with family participation.The above research reveals that team effectiveness is of great significance to the performance of social responsibility of small and medium-sized enterprises,provides a new realization path for promoting small and medium-sized enterprises to bear social responsibility,enriches the research perspective of small and medium-sized enterprises’social responsibility,extends the research scope of team effectiveness,and thus provides a reference for the growth practice of family enterprises.
