摘 要:[目的]采用串联固相萃取柱净化法提取辣椒酱中的苏丹红。[方法]针对样品基质比较复杂的辣椒酱,采用以聚苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯(PSD)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮-二乙烯基苯(HLB)这2种聚合物基质为串联固相萃取柱的填料来萃取辣椒酱中的苏丹红Ⅰ~Ⅳ。用安捷伦EP-C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,3.5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈(A)-水(B)(90∶10,v/v)为流动相等度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长500 nm,柱温30℃。[结果]在添加浓度分别为15.0、30.0和75.0μg/kg时,4种苏丹红回收率在84%~95%,RSD(n=6)在1.5%~6.1%;苏丹红Ⅰ~Ⅳ在0.01~0.20μg/mL呈现良好的线性关系(R^(2)>0.999),检出限为5.0μg/kg。[结论]该方法相比于国标方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、选择性好的特点,可满足实际样品分析的要求。[Objective]To extract sudan dyes from chili sauce by solid phase extraction column purification method.[Method]For chilli sauce with complex sample matrix,polymer matrix polystyrene-divinyl benzene(PSD)and N-vinyl pyrrolidone-divinyl benzene(HLB)were used as the filler of solid phase extraction column in series to extract SudanⅠ-Ⅳfrom chilli sauce.HPLC with Agilent EP-C_(18)column(4.6 mm×150 mm,3.5μm),and the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-water(B)(90∶10,v/v)for isocratic elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 500 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.[Result]The recoveries of four sudan dyes were 84%-95%,RSD(n=6)were 1.5%-6.1%when the added concentrations were 15.0,30.0 and 75.0μg/kg,respectively.SudanⅠ-Ⅳshowed a good linear relationship during 0.01-0.20μg/mL(R 2>0.999),and the detection limit was 5.0μg/kg.[Conclusion]Compared to National Standards of China,the method has the characteristics of simple operation,high sensitivity and good selectivity,and can meet the requirements of actual sample analysis.
