摘 要:通过构建1/4车辆二自由度半主动悬架模型,推导基于高斯白噪声的随机不平路面模型,利用模糊控制器对半主动阻尼力进行跟踪,对半主动悬架的车身加速度、悬架动行程和轮胎动载荷三种振动特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,相较于被动悬架,采用模糊控制策略的半主动悬架在C级路面激励下,三种振动特性的均方根值分别降低32.05%、44.94%和38.16%,显著提高了乘坐舒适性、轮胎附着能力和操纵稳定性。Based on the random uneven road model of Gaussian white noise and combined with the semi-active suspension model of a quarter vehicle,fuzzy control rules were formulated and the vibration characteristics of the vehicle were analyzed.A two degree of freedom(2-DOF)semi-active suspension model of a quarter vehicle was established,and then the random uneven road model based on Gaussian white noise was deduced.The semi-active damping force was tracked by fuzzy controller,and the three vibration characteristics of body acceleration,suspension dynamic stroke,and tire dynamic load of semi-active suspension system were simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that compared with the passive suspension system,the root mean square(RMS)values of the three vibration characteristics of the semi-active suspension system with fuzzy control strategy are reduced by 32.05%,44.94%and 38.16%respectively under the C-level road excitation,which significantly improves the ride comfort,tire adhesion,and handling stability.
