摘  要:本试验旨在探究饲粮中添加茶多酚(TP)对70日龄马岗鹅肠道组织形态、抗氧化能力及紧密连接蛋白相关基因表达的影响。试验选取体重基本一致、健康的28日龄马岗鹅240只(公母各占1/2),随机分为4组,分别饲喂添加0(对照)、100(低剂量)、500(中剂量)和1000 mg/kg(高剂量)茶多酚(纯度为98.7%)的试验饲粮,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。预试期1周,正试期5周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加500 mg/kg茶多酚显著提高马岗鹅空肠绒毛高度(P<0.05);饲粮添加100和500 mg/kg茶多酚显著降低空肠隐窝深度(P<0.05),并显著提高空肠绒隐比(V/C)(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮添加500和1000 mg/kg茶多酚显著提高空肠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶2(GPX2)活性(P<0.05);饲粮添加100和500 mg/kg茶多酚显著降低空肠丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05);各添加剂量茶多酚均显著降低空肠乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮添加500和1000 mg/kg茶多酚均显著提高空肠与抗氧化能力相关基因超氧化物歧化酶1(SOD1)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶1(GPX1)、GPX2和血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮添加500和1000 mg/kg茶多酚显著提高空肠紧密连接蛋白相关基因闭锁小带蛋白-1(ZO-1)、闭合蛋白-5(Claudin-5)和咬合蛋白(Occludin)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05);各添加剂量茶多酚均显著提高空肠E钙黏连蛋白(E-cadherin)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加一定剂量的茶多酚可以促进马岗鹅空肠的形态发育,提高空肠的抗氧化能力以及肠壁紧密连接的程度。综合考虑,在70日龄马岗鹅饲粮中茶多酚的推荐添加量为500 mg/kg。The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effects of dietary tea polyphenols on the intestinal morphology,antioxidant capacity and expression of tight junction protein-related genes of 70-day-old geese.A total of 240 healthy 28-day-old geese(half male and half female)with the same body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups of 6 replicates,with 10 geese in each group.The doses of 0(control),100(low dose),500(medium dose)and 1000 mg/kg(high dose)tea polyphenols(98.7%purity)were respectively added to the diets of the geese.The acclimatization period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for 5 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,500 mg/kg tea polyphenols in the diet significantly increased the villus height of jejunum in Magang geese(P<0.05);100 and 500 mg/kg tea polyphenols in the diet significantly reduced the crypt depth(P<0.05)and significantly increased the villus height/crypt depth of jejunum in Magang geese(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,500 and 1000 mg/kg tea polyphenols in the diet significantly increased the jejunal glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and glutathione peroxidase 2(GPX2)activities in Magang geese(P<0.05);100 and 500 mg/kg tea polyphenols significantly reduced jejunal malondialdehyde(MDA)content in Magang geese(P<0.05);the jejunal lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activity of Magang geese significantly decreased in each tea polyphenol treatment group(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,500 and 1000 mg/kg tea polyphenols in the diet significantly increased the antioxidant-related genes mRNA relative expression levels of superoxide dismutase 1(SOD1),glutathione peroxidase 1(GPX1),GPX2 and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)in jejunal mucosa tissue(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,500 and 1000 mg/kg tea polyphenols significantly increased the mRNA relative expression levels of tight junction protein genes zonula occludens-1(ZO-1),Claudin-5 and Occludin in jejunal mucosa tissue(P<0.05);the mRNA rel
