摘 要:本试验旨在探究散养和圈养撒坝猪粪菌移植(FMT)对昆明小鼠生长性能、养分表观消化率、脂代谢以及肠道形态结构的影响。试验选取健康成年散养和圈养撒坝猪各10头作为FMT供体,制备粪菌液;然后选取30只健康雄性昆明小鼠作为FMT受体,随机分为5个组,每组6只。5组小鼠分别灌胃生理盐水(CON组)、散养撒坝猪低剂量FMT菌液(SY-L组)、散养撒坝猪中剂量FMT菌液(SY-M组)、散养撒坝猪高剂量FMT菌液(SY-H组)和圈养撒坝猪中剂量FMT菌液(JY-M组),连续灌胃14 d。试验期28 d。结果表明:1)与CON组相比,各FMT组平均日增重(ADG)提高、料重比(F/G)降低,其中SY-M组差异显著(P<0.05);与JY-M组相比,SY-M组ADG显著提高(P<0.05),F/G显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与CON组相比,各FMT散养组粗蛋白质和粗脂肪表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05);与JY-M组相比,SY-M组粗蛋白质表观消化率提高了10.32%(P<0.05)。3)与CON组相比,各FMT组血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量降低,其中SY-M组差异显著(P<0.05);SY-M组与JY-M组上述指标之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。4)与CON组相比,各FMT组回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度值提高,其中SY-M组差异显著(P<0.05);SY-M组与JY-M组回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度值之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,散养和圈养撒坝猪粪菌液移植可促进小鼠肠黏膜发育,提高养分表观消化率,增强脂代谢能力,降低F/G,从而提高生长性能;其中,散养撒坝猪中剂量粪菌液移植效果较优。This study aimed to investigate the effects of fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)of free range and captive Saba pigs on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,lipid metabolism and intestinal morphology in Kunming mice.Ten healthy adult free range or captive Saba pigs were selected as FMT donors to prepare fecal bacteria solution.Then 30 healthy male Kunming mice were selected as FMT recipients and randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 mice in each group.Mice in 5 groups were gavaged with normal saline(CON group),low-dose FMT bacterial solution of free range Saba pig(SY-L group),medium-dose FMT bacterial solution of free range Saba pig(SY-M group),high-dose FMT bacterial solution of free range Saba pig(SY-H group)and medium-dose FMT bacterial solution of captive Saba pig(JY-M group),respectively,for 14 days.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with CON group,the average daily gain(ADG)in all FMT groups was increased and the feed to gain ratio(F/G)was decreased,and the difference was significant in SY-M group(P<0.05);compared with JY-M group,the ADG in SY-M group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the F/G was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with CON group,the apparent digestibility of crude protein and ether extract in free range FMT groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with JY-M group,the crude protein apparent digestibility in SY-M group was increased by 10.32%(P<0.05).3)Compared with CON group,the contents of total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in serum in all FMT groups were decreased,and the difference was significant in SY-M group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the above indices between SY-M group and JY-M group(P>0.05).4)Compared with CON group,the villus height to crypt depth ratio of ileum in all FMT groups was increased,and the difference was significant in SY-M group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in villus height to cr
