摘　　要：近代鲁商坚持以诚信立身,恪守职业操守,重视培养员工的职业技能,提高职业素养,传承和创新发展了现代学徒制,其职业教育理念,有利于现代企业文化的构建,深刻启发了企业员工的职业素质培养,对当今大学生树立正确的求学观和择业观也有极为深远和积极的影响。Adhering to good business integrity and professional ethics, Lu-merchants in modern times attached great importance to staff professional skill cultivation as well as professionalism improvement. The modern apprenticeship was hence inherited and innovated. The educational concept of Lu-merchant vocational education is not only conducive of modern enterprise culture construction, has deep inspiration of staff professionalism training, but also has a profound and positive influence on today’s college students to set up a correct view on pursuing their study and choosing career.
