摘　　要：目的:为满足健康中国战略背景下对医学信息人才的培养需求,解决医学信息人才培养过程中存在的学术研究型与专业技能型医学信息人才教育壁垒问题、医学信息素养教育周期分段式与离散化问题、顶层设计与教学体系落地方案嵌入深度不足问题,提出"双金字塔"型医学信息人才全链条培养模式,促进医学信息人才岗位胜任力的提升.方法:通过对国内外医学信息人才培养现状进行梳理、整合,发现医学信息人才教育现存的三大问题,并基于此构建"双金字塔"型医学信息人才全链条培养模式.结果:形成以医学知识和信息素养的双金字塔为基础、全面贯通医学信息人才"本-硕-博-职"各个阶段、多维度、立体化的人才培养新体系.结论:构建双金字塔型医学信息人才全链条培养模式,以期解决医学信息人才教育过程中的三大问题,为我国健康医疗信息化人才培养提供借鉴和参考,促进医学信息人才培养质量的提升.Objective To meet the training needs of medical information talents under the background of Healthy China strategy,solve its problems,and put forward the full-chain training mode of"double pyramid"type medical information talents,so as to promote their post competency.Methods By analyzing and integrating the status of medical information talents training at home and abroad,three existing problems of medical information talents education were obtained.Based on which,a full-chain training mode of"double pyramid"medical information talents was constructed.Results Based on the double pyramid of medical knowledge and information literacy,a new multi-dimensional talent training system was formed,which comprehensively involved the various stages of"undergraduate-master-doctor-job"of medical information talents.Conclusion By constructing the whole chain training mode of double pyramid medical information talents,the three problems in the process of medical information talents education can be solved,which can provide references for the training of medical information talents in China and promote the quality of medical information talents.
