摘  要:基于盖格模式探测的单光子激光雷达具有探测灵敏度高,设备体积小,测量精度高等优势;然而对于远距离、非合作的小目标,由于目标截面积小且反射率低,回波能量极其微弱,常规采用TCSPC算法累积完成对目标信号的提取,然而对于高能量、低重频的激光测距设备,采用TCSPC算法所需目标建航周期过长。文章设计了3通道单光子探测接收系统,利用检测前跟踪算法(DB-TBD)完成对回波通道的非相关累积以及轨迹快速提取,对因回波起伏以及跟踪不稳导致的跟踪目标距离偏差较大的问题,开展扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)算法研究。经测试可知,3通道接收相对单通道具有更高的探测效率,一般采用“与”“或”进行多通道运算处理。文章基于TBD的KEF算法能快速地提取出目标轨迹且能够很好地解决测距值抖动问题,具有更好的鲁棒性。该系统最终实现了对40km某型目标的测距实现。The single-photon lidar based on Geiger mode detection has the advantages of high detection sensitivity,small device size,and high measurement accuracy.However,for long-distance,non-cooperative small targets,due to the small target cross-sectional area and low reflectivity,the return energy is extremely weak.Generally,TCSPC algorithm is used to cumulate the target signal.However,for laser ranging equipment with high energy and low PRF,the target navigation period required by TCSPC algorithm is too long.In this paper,a 3-channel single-photon detection receiving system is designed and the corresponding moving target trajectory detection algorithm research is carried out.The tracking algorithm before detection(DB-TBD)is used to complete the non correlation accumulation of echo channels and fast track extraction.For the problem of large range deviation of tracking targets caused by echo fluctuation and tracking instability,the extended Kalman filter(EKF)algorithm is studied.The test shows that the 3-channel receiver has higher detection efficiency than the single channel receiver.Generally,"AND"and"OR"are used for multi-channel operation processing.In this paper,the KEF algorithm based on TBD can quickly extract the target trajectory and solve the range jtter problem,with better robustness.The system finally realizes the ranging of a 40 km target.
