摘  要:换热站供热系统是典型的多变量、强耦合、大滞后系统。建立了供热过程二次网供回水温度与流量之间的双输入双输出耦合模型结构,采用改进的粒子群算法辨识模型参数;提出了自适应内模控制器对供热过程进行解耦控制。仿真结果表明,常规内模控制器与自适应内模控制器在模型匹配时都实现了系统供回水温度的解耦控制,控制效果相近。在模型失配时,后者的调节时间和超调量明显优于前者,自适应内模控制器具有更强的鲁棒性和自适应能力。Heat exchange system is a multivariable,strong coupling,large delay typical system.Double input double output coupling model is established between secondary supply and return water temperature and flow.Improved particle swarm algorithm is presented to identify the model parameters.The adaptive internal model controller is designed to decouple and control the heating process.For the conventional internal model controller and the adaptive internal model controller,the simulation results show that the decoupling control of the supply and return water temperature is all realized and the control effect is similar,when the model is matching.But when the model is mismatch,the settling time and over-shoot of the latter is better than the former.Adaptive internal model controller has better robustness and adaptive ability.
