摘 要:目的探讨MRIT_(1)WI三维容积内插快速扰相梯度回波(T_(1)WI-VIBE)序列、水-脂分离技术(Dixon)与T_(2)WI快速自旋回波(T_(2)WI-TSE)3种序列在视神经成像中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析66例被试者(132根视神经)的MRI图像,所有患者均进行MRI T_(1)WI-VIBE、Dixon和T_(2)WI-TSE序列眼眶扫描,分别测量视神经的信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR),评估视神经成像的完整度、信号均匀度及轮廓清晰度.比较3种序列之间的差异.结果3种序列图像总体的SNR值与CNR值均有统计学意义,两两比较显示T_(1)WI-VIBE序列的SNR值及CNR值均高于Dixon和T_(2)WI-TSE序列.T_(2)WI-TSE序列信号均匀度和轮廓清晰度较Dixon和T_(1)WI-VIBE序列高.3种序列视神经显示的完整度评分无统计学意义.结论T_(1)WI-VIBE序列的SNR值和CNR值最大,T_(2)WI-TSE序列在显示视神经的结构及信号特点更有优势.Objective To explore the application value of MRI T_(1)WI-VIBE sequence,Dixon and T_(2)WI-TSE sequences in optic nerveimaging.MethodssThe MRI images of 66 subjects(132 optic nerves)were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent MRI T_(1)WI-VIBE,Dixon and T_(2)WI-TSE orbital scans.The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)of the optic nerve were measured,and the integrity,signal uniformity and outline clarity of the optic nerve imaging were assessed.The differences among the three sequences were compared.Results The SNR and CNR values of the three sequences were significant differences.Pairwise comparison showed that the SNR and CNR values of T_(1)WI-VIBE sequences were higher than those of Dixon and T_(2)WI-TSE sequences.The signal uniformity and outline clarity of T_(2)WI-TSE sequences were higher than those of Dixon and T,WIVIBE sequences.There was no significant difference in the integrity scores of optic nerve display among the three sequences.Conclusion T_(1)WI-VIBE sequence has the largest SNR and CNR values,and T_(2)WI-TSE sequence has more advantages in displaying the structure and signal characteristicsof optic nerve.
