摘 要:为了解决膨胀烟丝加工工艺中燃烧炉温度设定等因素引起的熄火和不稳定因素,以及升华器内风门调节引起的负压波动问题,试验从各方面对风门控制进行调节,包括升华系统参数、废气风门参数等。特别地,采用模糊PID控制方法,对废气风门执行器PID参数进行优化调整,提升执行器的响应速度和精度。试验结果显示:通过废气风门执行器连杆调整和PID参数的优化,提升了负压稳定性,确保了烟丝在升华管内的加工时间稳定,降低了升华后的水分波动,波动率由11.42%降至4.68%。工艺热风的稳定性显著提升,引起出口烟丝含水率的提升。燃烧炉在油耗降低的同时,燃烧炉熄火故障次数也大幅降低。In order to solve the problem of flameout and instability caused by factors such as the temperature setting of the combustion furnace in the processing process of expanded tobacco, as well as the negative pressure fluctuation caused by the adjustment of the damper in the sublimator, this paper adjusts the damper control from various aspects, including sublimation system parameters, waste gas damper parameters and so on. In particular, using the fuzzy PID control method, the PID parameters of the waste-gate actuator are optimized and adjusted to improve the response speed and accuracy of the actuator.The experimental results show that through the adjustment of the exhaust valve actuator connecting rod and the optimization of the PID parameters, the negative pressure stability is improved, the processing time of the cut tobacco in the sublimation tube is stable, the moisture fluctuation after sublimation is reduced, the fluctuation rate is reduced from 11.42% to 4.68%,and the stability of the process hot air is significantly improved, resulting in an increase in the moisture content of the cut tobacco at the outlet. While the fuel consumption of the combustion furnace is reduced, the number of flameout failures of the combustion furnace is also greatly reduced.
