摘 要:目的探讨在肿瘤放疗科临床护理教学中应用循证护理对教学质量的改善作用。方法选取2019年6—12月期间在肿瘤放疗科实习的护生40名纳入对照组,均接受传统带教模式;并选取2020年6—12月期间在肿瘤放疗科实习的护生40名纳入研究组,均接受循证护理带教模式。评测两组护生实习结束后的出科(理论知识、操作技能)考试成绩、自我评估、患者对护生的满意度并进行对比。结果在自我评估方面,研究组护生的学习能力、学习态度、学习效率经评测与对照组相比均更高,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在综合能力方面,研究组护生教学后的沟通交流能力、健康宣教能力、解决问题能力、理论知识、实践技能等各项评分经评测与对照组相比均更高,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在考核成绩方面,教学后,研究组护生的理论成绩、操作成绩经评测与对照组相比均更高,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对护生的满意度98.00%(49/50)经评测与对照组85.00%(34/40)相比均更高,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤放疗科临床护理教学中对循证护理的引用实施,可显著改善护生的学习态度,提升其学习能力及效率,增强其综合能力,从而可显著提升其考试成绩及患者对护生的满意度,应用价值十分突出。Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in the clinical nursing teaching of tumor radiotherapy to improve the quality of teaching.Methods Select 40 nursing students who were internships in Oncology Radiotherapy from June to December 2019 into the control group,all of them accepted the traditional teaching mode;and selected nursing students who were internships in Oncology Radiotherapy from June to December 2020 Forty participants were included in the study group,all of whom received the evidence-based nursing teaching model.After the internship,the two groups of nursing students were evaluated and compared with the department(theoretical knowledge,operational skills)test scores,self-assessment,and patients'satisfaction with the nursing students.Results In terms of self-assessment,the study group's nursing students'learning ability,learning attitude,and learning efficiency were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of comprehensive ability,the scores of the nursing students in the study group,such as communication ability,health education ability,problemsolving ability,theoretical knowledge,practical skills,etc,were evaluated to be higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of examination results,after teaching,the theoretical and operational scores of nursing students in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the study group to the nursing students 98.00%(49/50)were evaluated to be higher than the control group 85.00%(34/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing in the clinical nursing teaching of tumor radiotherapy can significantly improve the learning attitude of nursing students,enhance their learning ability and efficiency,and enhance their comprehensive ability,which can signif
