摘 要:目的探究“互联网+实训课”的高校实用型教学模式在推拿学教学中的应用效果。方法选取黑龙江中医药大学针灸推拿学专业的80名学生作为观察对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为2组,即A组与B组,各40名学生。A组采用“传统教学+实训课”方法培训,B组采用“互联网+实训课”的高校实用型教学模式授课。对比2组学生培训后的考试结果与培训效果调查问卷结果。结果2组学生经培训后,B组学生的考试成绩(理论知识、实践操作、综合能力、总分)与培训效果调查问卷的结果均显著优于A组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+实训课”的高校实用型教学模式授课在推拿学的教学中具有显著的提升学生自学、归纳、总结能力的效果,进而提升其专科技能水平,因此该法是一种值得推广的教学方。Objective To explore the application effect of practical teaching mode of“Internet+practical training”in massage teaching.Methods 80 students majoring in acupuncture and massage in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into two groups,namely group A and group B,with 40 students in each group.Group A adopted the training method of“traditional teaching and training courses”,while B group adopted the practical teaching mode of“Internet+practical training”.The test results of the two groups were compared with the results of the training effect questionnaire.Results After training,the test scores(theoretical knowledge,practical operation,comprehensive ability,total score)and the results of training effect questionnaire of group B were significantly better than those of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The practical teaching mode of“Internet+practical training”in the teaching of massage has a significant effect on improving students’ability of self-study,induction and summarization,and thus improves their professional skills.Therefore,this method is a teaching method worth promoting.
