摘  要:目的探讨中医经典工作坊教学模式的实施效果。方法采用定量研究方法,以宁夏医科大学中医学院2016级~2019级开设中医经典课程的试验班(试验组)和对照班(对照组)学生为研究对象,以学生在中医经典课堂的学习体验和学生在中医医师分阶段测试中经典课程的得分2个方面评估该教学模式。结果试验组在过程与方法的维度上同意比率高于或明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义。试验组喜欢“工作坊”授课模式的占54.47%(67/123)、不喜欢的占17.89%(22/123)、希望二者结合的占27.64%(34/123)。学生在中医医师分阶段测试中的结果表明试验组与对照组差异无统计学意义。结论在中医经典课程教学中,工作坊教学模式可以让学生更多地参与课堂教学中,试验组半数以上的学生喜欢该教学模式,但学生的成绩无明显提升,这说明课题组未来就如何评价学生的学习效果还需要在实践中进一步深入思考。Objective To explore the effect of workshop teaching mode of classic of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Using the quantitative research method,students in the experimental class and control class of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses from Grade 2016 to Grade 2019 in School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Ningxia Medical University were taken as the research objects.The teaching model has evaluated students’learning experience in traditional Chinese medicine classrooms and students’scores these two aspects in traditional Chinese medicine doctor staged test.Results The results showed that the agreement rate of the experimental group was higher or significantly higher than the control group in the dimension of process and method,and the difference was statistically significant.54.47%(67/123)of the experimental group liked the teaching mode of workshop,17.89%(22/123)of the experimental group disliked it,and 27.64%(34/123)of the experimental group hoped to combine the two modes.The Results of the students’phased test by traditional Chinese Medicine doctors showed that there was no statistical significance between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion In the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine classics,the“workshop”teaching model can make students more participate in classroom teaching,the experimental group for more than half of the students like the teaching mode,but no obvious improve student performance.It shows that how to make the students learning behavior is real and effective in this mode also needs to further perfect in practice.
