摘  要:中医学是古代人民在同疾病斗争过程中总结出来的经验和理论知识,是祖国的瑰宝,对祖国的医疗事业做出了巨大的贡献,为培养全面的医学专业人才及弘扬中华传统文化,在西医院校开设中医学课程,但种种原因导致教学效果不佳。为提高教学质量,随着教学改革的推进,在西医院校中医学教学中引入问题式教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL),通过3个教学周期PBL教学方法与传统教学方法的教学效果对比发现,PBL教学方法可以明显提高西医院校学生对中医学的学习兴趣及信心,同时比较贴合中医学的传统“师承”教学模式,符合学习中医的特点,并且取得了较好的教学效果。Traditional Chinese medicine is the experience and theoretical knowledge that ancient people summed up in the process of fighting diseases,is the treasure of the motherland,and has made great contribution to the medical cause of the motherland.It has provided courses in western medicine colleges for training comprehensive medical professionals and promoting Chinese traditional culture.However,due to various reasons,the teaching effect is not good.In order to improve the teaching quality and with the advancement of teaching reform,Problem-based learning(PBL)is introduced into the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine in Western medical universities.By comparing the teaching effect of PBL teaching method with traditional teaching method in three teaching cycles,PBL teaching method can significantly improve the students’interest and confidence in learning traditional Chinese medicine in Western medical universities.At the same time,the traditional“master-apprentice education”teaching mode which is fit for traditional Chinese medicine is in line with the characteristics of learning traditional Chinese medicine,and has achieved better teaching effect.
