摘  要:目的探讨在中医本科生毕业实习中增加门诊实习对其职业认同感的影响。方法对2018年9月—2019年9月在北京中医药大学东直门医院脑病三科实习的中医本科生及中医专业八年制本科阶段学生共60名进行随机分组,实验组和对照组各30名。实验组在病房实习的基础上增加门诊实习,对照组仅进行病房实习,并做问卷调查。结果经过4周的实习后,实验组学生职业认同感均较实习前有所增强。结论在毕业实习中增加门诊实习可以提高学生的职业认同感。Objective To explore the influence of increasing outpatient practice on the professional identity of traditional Chinese medicine undergraduates during their graduation practice.Methods Between September 2018 and September 2019,graduates of traditional Chinese medicine who practice in Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.Sixty students who were selected were randomly divided into two groups.In the experimental group,outpatient practice was added on the basis of ward practice.The control group received outpatient practice only.Questionnaire survey was conducted on both groups of graduates before and after the internship.Results After 4 weeks of practice,the professional identity of students in the experimental group was stronger than before.Conclusion Increasing outpatient practice in graduation practice can improve students’sense of professional identity.
