摘　　要：全国各高校的“思政课程”“课程思政”的理论研究与实践探索已进入了新的高度。在康复治疗专业培养过程中加强思想政治教育,具有迫切的必要性。临床康复教师队伍是促进康复治疗专业思政建设水平的实效关键,此研究主要从3方面入手,提升临床康复教师自身的职业道德素养,临床康复教师要形成立德树人“主力军”的高度自觉,挖掘思政资源,建立课程思政教学资源库,最终实现“全方位育人”。The theoretical research and practical exploration of“ideological and political courses”and“curriculum ideological and political courses”have entered a new height.It is of urgent necessity to strengthen ideological and political education in the training of rehabilitation therapy.Clinical rehabilitation is to facilitate rehabilitation teachers professional education effective key construction level,this research mainly from three aspects,promote clinical rehabilitation teachers’professional ethics accomplishment,clinical rehabilitation teachers to form“mainstay”highly motivated,clinical rehabilitation teacher education resources,establishing education teaching resource,finally realizes“all-round education”.
