摘 要:通过Meta分析对医学生自主学习能力量表的信度进行整合分析。从万方、CNKI和Pubmed数据库对以中英文全文发表的文献进行检索,采用Rodriguez和Maeda提出的Cronbach'sα系数效果量计算方法,对医学生自主学习能力量表的Cronbach'sα系数进行综合评估。纳入文献16篇,在固定效应模型中,所有自主学习能力量表的Cronbach'sα系数的估计值为0.91,其95%的置信区间为[0.88,0.94]。敏感性分析表明,结果相对稳定。当前医学生自主学习能力量表具有较好的信度。Meta-analysis is used to analyze the reliability of the self-directed learning scale for medical students.Wanfang,CNKI,and Pubmed databases searched the literature published in full text in Chinese and English,and used Rodriguez and Maeda’s method for calculating the effect of Cronbach’sαcoefficient to comprehensively evaluate the Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the self-directed learning scale for medical students.Sixteen articles were included.In the fixed effects model,the estimated value of the Cronbach’sαcoefficient of all self-directed learning scales is 0.91,and the 95%confidence interval is[0.88,0.94].Sensitivity analysis shows that the results are relatively stable.The current measurement results of the self-directed learning scale for medical students are relatively credible.
