中西医结合专业研究生教育的思考与建议

摘　　要：中西医结合研究生教育的快速发展培养了大批高层次中西医结合专业人才,为医疗卫生事业的发展贡献了力量。然而随着社会发展,中西医结合研究生培养过程中的问题也逐渐显现,应届毕业生就业难、用人单位招聘难的问题日益突出。为了更好地满足用人单位对研究生的需求特对中西医结合专业学位研究生的培养进行探讨。结合滨州医学院中西医结合专业研究生实际情况,从招生、培养、课程设置、心理健康教育、导师队伍建设、毕业考核等方面,为中西医结合专业研究生教育提供新思路。The rapid development of postgraduate education of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has cultivated a large number of high-level integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine professionals,which has contributed to the development of medical and health undertakings.However,with the development of society,problems in the process of training graduate students of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine have gradually emerged.The problems of difficulty in obtaining employment for fresh graduates and recruitment by employers have become increasingly prominent.In order to better meet the needs of employers for postgraduates,the training of postgraduates with a degree of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is discussed.Combining the actual situation of postgraduates majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in our school,it provides new ideas for postgraduate education of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in terms of enrollment,training,curriculum,mental health education,tutor team building,graduation assessment,etc.
