摘　　要：劳动精神内聚文化育人的时代价值,是高等教育全面落实立德树人根本任务的重要推动力。新时代大学生劳动精神培育的价值内核,就是要以艰苦奋斗为核心要义,以家国情怀为本质要求,以敢闯会创为时代亮色,以追求卓越为理想目标。培育新时代大学生的劳动精神,应以“萃取、融合、传达、践行”四个前后衔接的环节为核心内容,破解产业结构转型升级与高素质劳动者的供需问题。The spirit of labor coheres the value of the times of cultural education,and is an important driving force for higher education to comprehensively implement the fundamental task of moral education.The value core of the cultivation of college students’labor spirit in the new era is to take hard struggle as the core,family and country feelings as the essential requirement,bold and clever creation as the sparkle of the times,and pursuit of excellence as the ideal goal.To cultivate the labor spirit of college students in the new era,we should focus on the four links of“extraction,integration,transmission and practice”,and solve the supply-demand problems of industrial structure transformation&upgrading and high-quality workers.
