摘  要:中华优秀传统文化是教育语言乃至教育行业持续有序发展的根基。在教育话语追求现代化范式的进程中,存在在西学东渐中的表达弱化问题、在传承创新中的话语物化问题、在承载实践中的总结失当问题,导致教育话语体系建设出现短板和偏差。回归教育话语的本质内涵,要从传统文化继承发展中找准教育话语体系的转型方向,从话语表达、导向、内涵、载体上推动教育叙事转变、形式转向、理念转型、技术创新。具体来说,要挖掘文化根源,打造本土话语体系;彰显文化身份,服务人的全面发展;探索文化共赢,融通话语理解障碍;打造文化特色,增强话语人文情怀,充分依托中国传统优秀文化,不断强化和优化教育话语体系建设。Excellent traditional Chinese culture is the foundation for the continuous and orderly development of educational language and even education industry.In the process of educational discourse pursuing the paradigm of modernization,there are such problems as the weakening expression in the spread of Western learning to the east,the discourse materialization in the inheritance and innovation,and the improper summary in carrying practice,which lead to shortcomings and deviations in the construction of educational discourse system.To return to the essential connotation of educational discourse,we should find out the transformation direction of educational discourse system from the inheritance and development of traditional culture,and promote the transformation of educational narrative,form,idea and technology innovation from the expression,orientation,connotation and carrier of discourse.To be specific,we should excavate the cultural roots and build the local discourse system,highlight the cultural identity and serve the all-round development of people,explore the cultural win-win and break through the barriers of discourse understanding,build cultural characteristics,enhance the humanistic feelings of discourse,fully rely on the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and constantly strengthen and optimize the construction of educational discourse system.
