摘  要:随着轮轨交通的速度提升接近极限,高速磁浮铁路可为更快出行提供新的选择。结合高速铁路和航空运输网络已经充分布局的现实,提出了改造既有轮轨铁路建设高速磁浮铁路的升级设想。分析了两种铁路制式在空间线形、土建结构、车辆、牵引供电和运行控制等方面的技术特征和参数差异,研究了系统升级中既有铁路设施的可用性,并对升级费用进行了分析。通过案例比较新建和利用既有铁路升级方式建设高速磁浮铁路的主要工程费用。研究结果表明,对于时速250km和350km的既有高速铁路,在占新建项目主要投资部分的土建设施可以利用的情况下,升级为磁浮铁路可以将最高运行速度提高至350~500km/h,工程造价相当于新建工程费用的45.2%,并可缩短建设工期且无需新增占地,既有铁路废弃工程占原投资的12.9%。由此推论,在既有高速铁路和城际客运专线已经完成基本布局的情况下,先进的高速磁浮交通技术可通过对既有铁路的改造而获得广阔的应用空间。While the speed of high-speed train with wheel-on-rail mode approaches its limit, the maglev mode can provide new option for faster travel. Based on the fact that the high-speed railway and air transportation network have been fully deployed, a concept of upgrading the existing wheel-rail railway to high-speed maglev is proposed. The differences of technical characteristics and parameters for the two railway systems are analyzed, which include spatial alignment, civil structure, vehicles, traction power supply and operation control. The applicability of existing railway facilities for maglev mode is studied and the upgrading cost is analyzed. A comparison of the main project costs of new construction system and the upgraded system is made through case studies. The research results show that the upgrading of existing high-speed railway with maximal speed of 250km/h and 350km/h to maglev mode can raise the maximal speed up to 350~500km/h,while the civil engineering facilities, which account for main investment of a new-line project, remain to be reused. The upgrading cost is about 45.2% of the cost of new line construction. During the upgrading, only few existing facilities should be abandoned, which account for about 12.9% of the original project cost. In addition,the upgrading needs no more land and can obviously shorten the construction period. It can be inferred that,through upgrading of the existing high-speed railway, the advanced high-speed maglev transportation technology can obtain broad application space, despite of the fact that high-speed railway has been fully deployed.
