摘 要:目的:探讨PBL融入“角色模拟转换”在医学实习生带教中的效果。方法:2019年1月至2020年12月我院实习生48名按随机数值表法均分成两组,对照组采用PBL教学法,实验组采用PBL融入以临床案例为背景的“角色模拟转换”教学法,比较两组学习能力和教学满意度。结果:实验组临床思维能力、自我学习能力、理论与实践技能成绩、师生互评满意度均较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:PBL融入“角色模拟转换”教学法有助于提升实习生的学习能力和教学满意度。Objective: toinvestigate the effect of simulating role switching with PBL.Methods :48 cases of interns in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(used PBL)and the observation group(simulating role switching with PBL),the learning ability and teaching satisfaction were compared.Results: compared to the control group, the learning ability and mutual satisfaction of the observation group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion: “role simulation transformation” integrating in PBL can improve the learning ability of interns and teaching satisfaction.
