摘  要:目的了解鹤壁市辖区内土壤和小麦中硒含量情况,并为鹤壁市发展富硒农产品提供参考依据。方法采用分层抽样方法,覆盖鹤壁市辖区所有类型土壤,以梅花布点法采集小麦样品。参考HJ 680—2013和GB 5009.93—2017分别对土壤和小麦中的硒进行检测。结果本次共计采集71份土壤样品,其中褐土12份,潮土59份,最小未检出,最大0.316 mg/kg;11份小麦样品,最小未检出,最大0.0923 mg/kg。所采集71份土壤的p H值为(7.2066±0.0578)。71份土壤样品和11份小麦样品中硒的含量分别为(0.200±0.0686)mg/kg和(0.0280±0.0288)mg/kg,均未达到富硒水平。经统计学比较,褐土中的硒含量水平高于潮土;褐土小麦中硒含量水平与潮土小麦中硒含量水平差别不大。结论鹤壁市不属于富硒地区,但接近富硒底线值,如生产富硒小麦,需筛选对硒吸收转化高效的小麦品种,多途径提高小麦硒含量。Objective To understand the selenium content in soil and wheat,so as to provide basis for developing selenium-rich agriculture in Hebi area.Methods Stratified sampling method was adopted to collect all types of soil samples,and quincunx method was adopted to collect wheat samples in Hebi area.The samples of soil and wheat were analyzed based on HJ 680—2013 and GB 5009.93—2017,respectively.Results A total of 71 soil samples with p H range of(7.2066±0.0578)were collected for testing,including 12 cinnamon soil samples and 59 Fluro-Aquic soil samples.The minimum selenium was 0.000 mg/kg and the maximum was 0.316 mg/kg.11 wheat samples were collected for testing.The minimum selenium was 0.000 mg/kg and the maximum was 0.0923 mg/kg.The contents of selenium in 71 soil samples and 11 wheat samples were(0.200±0.0686)mg/kg,and(0.0280±0.0288)mg/kg,respectively.Neither of them satisfied the standard of enriched selenium.It was observed from statistical analysis that the contents of selenium in cinnamon soil samples were higher than those in Fluvo-Aquic soil samples.Besides,it was also indicated that there is tiny difference on the selenium level in wheat between the two kinds of soil.Conclusion Hebi area is not a selenium-rich area,but it is close to the threshold of selenium-enrichment standard.It is necessary to screen wheat varieties with high selenium absorption and transformation efficiency and to increase the selenium content of wheat in multiple ways for producing the selenium-rich wheat.
