养育倦怠与工作满意度的主客体互倚模型分析:情感耗竭的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:基于主客体互倚模型,考察夫妻的情感耗竭在养育倦怠与工作满意度之间的中介作用。方法:运用养育倦怠量表、情感耗竭量表和工作满意度量表对611对夫妻进行调查,并采用主客体互倚模型进行数据分析。结果:①夫妻的养育倦怠均能正向预测各自的情感耗竭,情感耗竭均能负向预测各自的工作满意度(主体效应);②夫妻各自的情感耗竭在养育倦怠与工作满意度中均起到中介作用(主体效应);③妻子的养育倦怠正向预测丈夫的情感耗竭(客体效应)。结论:夫妻养育倦怠能够通过其情感耗竭影响自身的工作满意度,养育倦怠的负面影响可以从家庭领域溢出到工作领域。Objective:Based on the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model,this study investigated the mediating role of emotional exhaustion between parental burnout and job satisfaction.Methods:Parental Burnout Assessment,Emotional Exhaustion Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale were administered to 611 pairs couples,and Actor-Partner Interdependence Model was used in data analysis.Results:①Parental burnout positively predicted their respective emotional exhaustion,and emotional exhaustion negatively predicted their respective job satisfaction both in husbands and wives(the actor effect);②Emotional exhaustion played a mediating role in parental burnout and job satisfaction both in husbands and wives(the actor effect);③Wife’s parental burnout positively predicted husband’s emotional exhaustion(the partner effect).Conclusion:Emotional exhaustion mediated the effects of parental burnout on job satisfaction in couples,the negative effects of parental burnout overfilled from family domains to work domains.
