摘  要:“食品质量与安全实验技术”是食品质量与安全本科专业实践性与应用性极强的核心实验课程之一。基于以成果为导向的OBE教育理念,为适应地方经济社会发展的需要,培养检测技术高、操作规范严、社会责任感强的工程技术人才,教学团队对“食品质量与安全实验技术”课程进行了综合改革。从课程实验项目的选题、教学改革的实施、考核体系的完善等方面对该课程的教学改革实践进行了探讨,为课程教学提供参考依据,推进课程教学效果的持续改进。“Food Quality and Safety Experimental Technology” is one of the core experimental courses with strong practicality and applicability in food quality and undergraduate safety major. Our teaching team has carried out a comprehensive reform for the “Food Quality and Safety Experimental Technology” course according to the following requirements: the outcome-based education concept, the local economic and social development,and cultivating engineering talents with high detection technology, strict operation standards, and strong social responsibility. This paper discusses the teaching reform of the experimental project selection, the teaching reform implementation, and the assessment system optimization. Our research can provide a scientific reference for the course teaching and promote continuous teaching effect improvements.
